About a month ago we started experiencing a problem with some of our HD stations. On some stations like Versus HD, I get a message: "Searching for signal" and the screen remains blank. The standard definition Versus station works just fine. This is a problem on a dozen or so HD stations as far as I've noticed. Every time I call Verizon, they check and say "There's a cable problem in your area. It will be fixed by 4pm tomorrow." but it never is.* We have an HD Tivo with 2 cblecards and it had been working well for almost a year prior to this. Any ideas? Thanks.
*One time it started working for a day then stopped again.
