Hello recently from last week, I've been having trouble using my Verizon Motorolla qip 2500 box. It says on the tv that there is no signal from the box to the tv but, I have tried using different AV cables. I did fix it somehow one time but, I'm not to sure how. On the motorlla box it has some things lit up and a feint 0000 I believe. I have also tried resetting my router and the box countless times to no avail.
