Lost sound on tv. Have tried 2 different televisions and still no sound. Suggestions?(it's not the television as dvd works fine)

Call Tech support at 1888 553 1555 and have them Reset the box... if not resolved, they will probably replace the box....

 

could also be a cabling issue... check your cords, swap with another coord if applicable
