Why doesn;t Verizon provide an easy way to register an issue? Emails could be very simple...

I had a problem - and got on the online chat:  

Chat Subject:FiOS Television (Video On Demand/ Pay Per View)

Your Question:Ordered the first of the Lord of the rings trilogy on demand. After watching for 2 1/2 hours, the sound went bad- first breaking up then going away altogether. Tried restarting even from the beginning - no luck. Wife, two grandsons and I were very disappointed - refund?

After the chat – I tried to call billing as suggested – after many prompts, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes – then got disconnected!

 

I am frustrated --  I am hoping that I can get a refund for the movie without more effort or frustration on my part.

 

Good customer service is very important to me –  I hope that Verizon can continue to provide it!
