Those widgets should be loading up but there is not enough information to determine a cause from your post yet. What model and version of STB are you working with? Have you run the self diagnostic in Menu > Customer Support > Self Diagnostic yet to ensure signals are good? The widget data for the set top boxes is fed via the router, what model router are you using? Have you made any changes to your routers settings by chance?
