I have to join the 'no show' club. I had FIOS installed 2 weeks ago. Great job. A customer service guy from Verizon Pomona called me last week and asked if I had any issues and I mentioned some pixelization issues and he scheduled a tech to come yesterday between 3pm and 5 pm to look at the issue. I took time off of work to be sure I was there and he was a 'no show'. No call.... just nothing. I tried to call the Pomona office and they haven't returned my call (complaint).
