After visiting several different forums for a while now, it has become clear to me simply from the multiple messages listed that VZ has a huge problem with the VOD section of their technology. I am aware that VZ has been trying to restructure the system due to a lawsuit implying some technical infringement. I am also aware that others besides myself experience playback difficulties, VOD errors, outages and sometimes lost programs. I personally have become so annoyed with VOD that I refuse to use it until it is fixed, and am supplementing my normal VZ entertainment experience by connecting my laptop for streaming, or accessing a ROKU device for the same. VOD is simply not fun. So I think that things have gotten to the point that VZ really needs to step up and let the folks know what's happening. How about some kind of status report on the state of VOD? Just so that people know you are listening and trying to work the issue. Thank you.
