On Demand connection fails when moving from an HD TV channel but works fine when moving from non-HD TV channel. Have others experienced this? What's the problem and/or fix? I recently upgraded to larger capacity DVR - is this related?
I am not sure I understand what you are saying. If you could please clarify.
When you are on a SD channel and you attempt to access the On-Demand feature menu using the On-demand button on the remote control you can access on-demand content normally with no error.
Repeat the same process while on a HD channel and your getting an error from On-Demand?
Also, please provide the actual wording on screen from the error that you are getting so we may be able to assist you further.
