On Demand Does not Work

Last night I ordered Malificent in HD and of course I was properly changed my fee for renting a high def movie but when I went to play the movie there was no sound and the picture was completely scrambled. 

This has happened to me in the past and I'm wondering how I can get my money back with out waiting on the phone with customer support for a half hour?

In most cases rebooting your box and router will fix ondemand issues.
