So....I am trying to watch a free TV show ON DEMAND. It tells me I cannot view the show because my box doesn't have enough credits.
I rebooted everything. - NO GOOD
I did the STB Auto correct - NO GOOD
I called Verizon customer Support - INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING AND TOTALLY INEPT ( no good).
Anybody got any ideas? Besides the obvious ( Comcast, Dish, Charter, Et.)

I just installed Fios Quantum
One of the boxes works just find. On demand no problem
The other box just give me the same message On Demand Free TV cannot be watched due to credit check failure
My credit is fine on one box but nor good on the other.
They are sending me a new bow hope this help. next they will sent out a tech Go help me.
