My On Demand does not play movies and/or tv shows completely. The programs will play for a short time, then the screen goes black. Sometimes the show will come back on but will go out again. On Demand also exits completely to my regular tv channels. This happens on all tvs and for all On Demand features: ppv movies, premium channels (which I am paying for), etc.
I have rebooted the set-top-boxes and that has not helped.
