On Demand Movie Audio Auto-Adjusts

Message 1 of 2

Hi - As anyone else had an issue where the audio of an on demand movie appears to auto adjust to compensate for a loud scene in a movie?  Its terrible and I can't figure out why this is happening.  It doesn't happen on regular channels or premium movie channels, so I don't think its an issue with a setting on my box or HT receiver.

There is an audio adjustment on at least some of the boxes for this.  Personally I turn the option dynamic range to none.

Try looking for menu/settings/audio & video/audio/dynamic range.
