For the last several weeks On Demand has been choppy, pixelated and generally horrible sound and picture quality. I seems to me that the capacity needs to be increased on the network. One search revels that this issue is happening throughout the customer base.
What is Verizon doing to resolve this persistent, systematic issue with its service?
And will customers be compensated?
My contract is up and I am shopping for a new service unless I am convinced this is being addressed.
