on demand for my premium channels does not work on Saturday nights due to a "network issue". response time is very slow but if I try repeatedly and get through I am blocked by an incorrect message telling me that I am not subscribed to the channel.
when resuming a partially watched on demand program it restarts from the beginning. RESUME DOES NOT MEAN RESTART!
Verizon tech support said that your "IT department is aware of these issues and working on resolving them".
I HAVE BEEN HAVING BOTH OF THESE PROBLEMS FOR YEARS AND I'M FED UP.
SPEND THE MONEY TO UPGRADE YOUR NETWORK AND FIX THESE ISSUES OR I WILL SWITCH TO COMCAST!
