I have recently been having issues with our STB rebooting while playing On Demand (free) programming. It isn't limited to any specific channel. Our HD box has no issues, only the Standard box is experiencing this problem. The program normally plays to about half way through before rebooting. Any help would be appreciated.

If this is a QIP 2500 box then you will need a replacement as qip 2500 boxes are no longer being manufactured/saled by Verizon you will receive a qip 2500 p3 set top box as a replacement, make sure they ship it to you, you will not find these replacements in stores too for an exchange.
