You could always upload your video(s) to a file hosting site like Photobucket and provide the link in your reply.

I'm a sceptic. I haven't checked it yet, but if it really works, I'll post that information.

Nothing's fixed. I'm watching the same episode of Archer for the third time since it keeps dropping out and then requiring that I restart from the beginning at 1x speed. So glad I'm paying $2000/yr for this quality.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Your  solution to the problem that it seems alot of people are having worked for me!  I thought I tried everything to figure out a way to resume the playing of a TV show that I didn't have time to finish.  I started watching it three times, until I finally could get through the 2-hour season finale of my favorite show.  God bless you for taking the time to share this.

Here it is almost 2014 and this problem still hasn't been resolved. The VOD timeout is ridiculously short, setting it to 10 minutes would probably resolve this issue for most people.  It's a crapshoot as to whether you'll be able to resume or have to restart from the beginning. I work as a programmer and if I had a bug like this that wasn't fixed for the duration that we customers have endured, I'd be fired.  It's absurd that Verizon cannot or won't resolve this problem. Hire some  competent programmers and fix the problem or at least modify the timeout, it can't be that difficult.  And if you're not willing to do that, at least tell us straight up why you won't resolve the issue or modify the timeout.  It only takes one major issue like this to have a bunch of disgruntled customers.

Was watching an on demand show.  Phone rang, and I paused. Went back and had to restart from the beginning.  Paused again a little later for a nature call.  Again, had to restart.  I got rid of Comcast for FIOS and this is what I get.  As bad as Comcast is, at least they have the sense to allow you to fast forward.  

If someone at FIOS listens to its customers, you better get cracking.  No need to have us cursing for a simple fix.  This is what the majority of us demand.  NO EXCUSE!!!!!!  JUST DO IT!!!!

Yeah here it is almost the end of 2014 and this major issue stillpersists. This is my one biggest gripe with Fios How can they not fix something as simple as pause and resume!!!!

I have had this problem for at least a year.  I gave up trying to get it fixed long ago.
