I've been on holde for the last 30 minutes with tech support for FIOS TV. Just swapped out a faulty DVR 3 days ago now my internet connection keeps dropping! I'm so disgusted.

Hey Verizon! You want my business? Call me back! I'm done waiting for you. If you can't provide me with service I'll find someone who can!

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair, here is the link:
