Channel guide does not diplay program line up, all it says is "no program name" ?
are you trying to go past 2 weeks into the future? that's pretty much as far as it goes.. but if you're not seeing anything that means it's not connecting to the net.. i hate to offer this generic advice but maybe if you reboot your box and plug it back in.. also try shutting off and back on your router.
