OnDemand Premium Subscription Movies Appear Very Blurry/Unwatchable

Hi Everyone,


Had the FiOS television for about two weeks and so far I am having two issues. One is the remote has a horrible delay. I press channel up, it takes seconds to respond. Very weird.


My main issue though is some of the OnDemand programming. So far two films I have atteptemd to watch are extremly blurry. Imagine trying to look at something without your glasses on and that's how it appears. The creidts are unreadable it's so bad. The two films I had this issue are "Grosse Point Blank" and "Renaissance". If I had to guess I Would say the problem lies with the orignal video encoding of these films. 


Looking through the forums it appears others have had this same issue, and here a year later, no solution has been found?


Any advice besides cancellng the premiums?
