OnDemand often halts

We've had this problem before, but when watching TV shows in OnDemand, a show will often halt. We had this occur with 3 different shows last night and could not resume the show (one in particular was the One Direction special which got my daughter upset). Guess we should have learned, but this is very aggravating and for the money we pay should not be happening.

 

Occasionally, I've been able to stop with my remote the halted OnDemand stream and be able to resume the show. But often that's not the case, and it wasn't last night. You have to watch the show from the start again, or you just can't get it anymore.

 

Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in advance for any input.

Hey jeremytx,

 

That may be an issue with the router. If it were to happen again, would you mind resetting the router and respond back to let us know if that helps?
