OnDemand (video) ISSUE

This has happened to me about 4 times over the past 2 months.   I chose a show On-Demand... and i get the audio.. .but NO video... just a black screen......  The ONLY solution I can find is to remove power (unplug) the settop, then plug it back in.  I have tried this w/ the router and thats not the issue.  Anyone else experience this?   Any employees know if this is a "known" issue?

I have a QIP-7216.

yeah, it happens

just like a PC may "freeze" and have to be rebooted... same concept
