Online STB Reset

What is the url for the online stb reset?

You can get there from FiOS TV Central (https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/ for me), or from My Verizon (https://www22.verizon.com/myverizon/ for me).

When I log on to FIOS TV Central, I can see my two boxes, but there is no option to reset the box.

I used the myverizon link.

Log In.

Under My Tv, click on View Tv Plan details. Then you will show all your boxes. From there, select the box you want then hit reset. Box will reset from there.
