It has not worked for a day or two.  Does not show listings past Tuesday 24 September.

Make sure your router is plugged in and turned on. That is what makes the guide work and stay updated.

that's what works for the guide on the TV. Should have nothing to do with the online guide at tv.verizon.com

by the way, i am stuck in online chat hell with the support team that just confirmed that this is an issue and being worked on now, with no known ETA
