Out of sync audio

On all movies and shows on Showtime On Demand the audio is out of sync with the video. Live Showtime and all regular channels are fine. This occurs on both my Verizon HD boxes. It would seem that the signal is coming in out of sync. It is pretty severe (maybe 10-15 frames or so) and makes these programs unwatchable. Any ideas?? thanks

 

I'm not sure if other On Demand channels are also out of sync.

i also have problems with audio going up and down with OnDemand content
