FIOS TV went out early Sunday evening 24 July, during the thunderstorm. Today, Tuesday, Customer Service tried resetting the set box, but it still does not work. It will be 48 hours tonight.
Has anyone else heard anything on an estimated completion of repair? The website says the estimated time for repair is 11:59, 25 July, but that is probably because the website has not been updated.
I live in the local area and it once took me three days for Verizon to repair my TV service. Have you called Verizon to schedule a technician visit?
