Why doesn't the PIP feature on FIOS work?  I have had Cox and Comcast in the past and they both had PIP.  The remote control has the PIP function buttons but they do not work.

Currently there are two tuners in the DVR hardware and if PIP were enabled, it would present a bigger confliot than having multiple programs scheduled. I am not sure if the STBs have two tuners available, but Verizon has looked at it. Add your vote here.

These look like duplicate requests, but the second has more votes.

The PIP button will only control the PIP function on a TV that already has that capability (and you have the remote set to control the TV).  The SWAP button will switch between images on a TV that has PIP as a function.

Thanks for the replys.  I never thought about PIP when I choose FIOS over Comcast as I assumed that "the best" would have a simple feature that the others have had for years.  Maybe soon?

amen to that... what a major disappointment.  I watch baseball in PIP ALL THE TIME. This may not last 30 days.... wow.
