PPV turned off? Who autorized that?!?

Tried to order the UFC fight at 10pm only to receive an "unauthorized" message that directed me through a series of menues to change.  When I navigated to that screen, there was no option to change ANYTHING.  Called customer service (after searching for 5 minutes to find the number), waited on hold for 15 minutes. Then the guy says that PPV has been turned off for my account.  Who authorized that??  So he says he'll have to transfer me to Customer Service to change.  **bleep**?!? I thought I WAS talking to customer service!!!!  So they rebooted whatever misauthorization and said it would take 10-15 mins to reboot. So now if I want to order the UFC event, I'll miss the first 45 minutes.  {word filter avoidance} GREAT!!!  Verizon customer support is the WORST!!!!

It's now 11:22 and I'm hold AGAIN w Customer Support since it did not reboot.  He couldn't even find the order on his screen so he is calling one of his network engineers to try to expedite.  Wow, Verizon.  Epic fail again.
