Pending order for more than 2 weeks now...

Been trying to check options to get some premium channels for more than two weeks now, whenever I go to the page it always show the Services Overview. It says that "Your account currently has a pending order." Can't do online ordering until the pending order is cleared.

Already called them last week, they said they're going to fix it and wait 24-48 hrs.
