Philips RC144 Remote Control Feature

Hi,

 

Is there a way to jump from the beginning of a recorded program to the end or vice-versa with the remote?  I used to be able to do this with direct tv and I miss this feature.  Thanks.

Everytime you go into the recording it gives you an option to start from the beginning.  The fastest way to get to the end of the program is hit the FF button multiple times and it speeds up the forward process.  You will be at the end in no time.  As of now this is the process.
