Picture Settings being overidden

My Picture settings for Mode, light effect, and energy savings are being overidden somehow every 20 minutes. Also if I set these settings on the TV then when I turn on the STB they immediately change. I did speak to a Verizon Tech on the Phone and he claimed it was not FIOS but something in the TV.

Hmm, I know my STBs usually reset their own video settings when they are turned on/off (i.e. SD override, resolution, etc.), but I haven't heard of them resetting the TV's.

I solved this when I discovered that the TV was set to "shop Mode" through the help of Samsung's Website. Once I got it out of "Shop Mode" my settings stayed.
