It is now 2012, when is Verizon Fios going to get up to speed with picture and picture with the service. When I ordered Fios, Verizon assured me that they had picture and picture. I spoke to several technicians and they assured me YES to picture and picture prior to my signing up for Verizon. However, they were inaccurate.. Once the service was installed, there was no PIP, and the technical who installed the service stated that Verizon does not have picture and picture. A real bait and switch on me.
Is this illegal to do a bait and switch at corporate level?
The remote indicate PIP, but not so! Help. How can I get my PIP?
Well it's been on the remote for more than a decade, so I would not ever expect PIP.
