Just tried to use this and discovered that Fios doesn't support it.
So if they don't support it, why is it on their remote.?Lame...

Discussed many times (search is your friend).
The button will work in controlling a TV that supports PIP. Basically, the Moto boxes don't have sufficient memory / computing power to support PIP. The rumored new boxes that are supposed to come out Q1 2010 (Cisco / Scientific Atalanta) may support it, but agian only rumors - no hard information.

If you want PIP you have to hook up a second box. Any secondary input to the TV should work. A digital antennae, STB or NIM-100.
