Some of our channels are pixelated. We unplugged the main box and rebooted the router several times. Still not fixed. This started happening about a week or so ago. Was there some update of which we are not aware? I'm tired of paying for a service that isn't working properly.

Does this happen to all the boxes in the house or just one? When you have a bad channel, go to Menu>settings>system Information, press INFO and look at the SNR numbers. If they say GOOD, it's probably a problem with the feed coming to Verizon for those channels. If its POOR, You have a local problem in the house, maybe a bad ONT, splitter or coax cable somewhere.
