I am a new customer (on 02/18/2010). Having 1 HD DVR and 3 HD STB. Using the HD DVR to record shows (both standard and HD). When playback on the HD DVR is no problem; but having pixelation in all the shows (HD and standard) when viewing at all three HD STB. Please help. The pixelation was too bad so that I couldn't see the USA and Canada final hockey game !
