Some channels have pixelation. The same on three TV's. Three set top boxes; two HD one not HD. I checked all cables. To by-pass the splitter, I ran a cable direct from Verizon master box output to one of the TV's. No difference. My daughter has the same problem. She lives five miles away from me. I tried all of the suggestions from Verizon on-line help. I called them and was on hold for 1-1/2 hours and then I hung up. How do I get a repair person to come to my house? I only have this issue when watching cable TV. No issue when watching Prime movies.
