Playback volume problems on STBs when watching DVR

I was posting a question when this one popped into my mind - 


When watching showed we've recorded in the living room DVR on the other 2 TVs with STBs, there is about a 20 sec delay between selecting the program and the start of the program.  Then if you pause, or rewind/forward the program, when it plays, there's no volume.  It does this on both STBs.


Yes I have unplugged both STBs and reset them to see if this helps.  It does not.


It does not happen on the DVR box, and we still have about 25-30% available memory on the DVR.


Anyone else come across this?

Sorry to hear about the problems with your service. The streaming of movies from the DVR to one of your other boxes is a function of the router. Please reboot it by unplugging the power cord for 15 seconds. You will also want to try to run the autofix on the box. Press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
