The new menu guide is worse that awful.  It is well known that Verizon has the least talented programmers and designers in the industry.  Verizon apps are buggy, your website(s) are the slowest to load of any I've ever used.

So, while the old channel guide was tolerable, the new menu guide shows a total lack of understanding of what colors are most readable.  Please quit while you are ahead, and bring back the old channel guide.

This just may be the straw that makes me switch to Comcast.

Go ahead and switch to Comcast. You will find out you will have pretty much the same guide as Verizon as theirs is now just like theirs.

I agree with all the other 'I agrees'.....Too small of print & too many colors.

Verizon should give us the choice to choose the colors (a color scheme page)

Less wild colors, Less channel displays, larger print.

(Oh and while you're at it, post the channel with ALL the information on the TOP row not the third row down)

I agree. I turned on my box the other day and a tally rebooted it bc I thought it might have become corrupted. I can't stand the new navigation and especially the colors. What was wrong with the previous menu system? This is Verozon's Vista/Windows 8 moment.

Please have your programmers read a book on Color Theory and User Interface Design. Simpler is alway better. More colors dies not equal better. It usually ends up with people running and screaming covering their eyes in pain.

Is there a way to go back to the old guide?  The new one is horrible and the colors hurt my eyes and without the grids, its hard to follow a straight line across.

HORRIBLE.  I cannot look at the guide it gives me a instant headache.  Please change it back.  I hate it so much I'm considering moving my service.  Pain in the butt I cannot even look to see whats on!

Every other cable provider I have ever used allowed users to choose their guide color schemes.  I did not mind the old guide, but this new one is aweful.  Who at Verizon let their 2 year old pick the new guide?
