Why is it that my wife scheduled a service visit for no television reception and the Verizon representative failed to show up? We have email and text confirmations that he/she was due today between 11-2. Then when I call, I cannot get through. To add insult to injury, the Verizon computer now says my appointment is actually for tomorrow, when I will not be home. I certainly did not change the date of the appointment. The Verizon real-time chat is also down and I've been on hold now for 62 minutes. Certainly not the way I would run a business!
