Poor Picture on NBA HD Channel 589 in Philly area

All of my channels sd and HD are fine except the one channel.  I have reset the box, checked all connections and everything seems fine.  I chatted with Verizon Support and the last step was send a tech out tomorrow in a 4 hour window.  Unfortunately I have to work.  I have not replaced the coax but can that effect only 1 channel?
