Poor response to service outages

I have only had Fios service for 3 days and its out already, cable, internet and phone. after a call to tech support on monday I was told that Wed ( Christmas Day) is the soonest someone can come out. Considering calling comcast and having my service reactivated since I still have there boxes. Nothing worse that having a company for the holidays and we cant even watch the news.
