Problem with Channel 502 HD in NY?

2 (the SD version is available, but when I select 502, the screen freezes).  When I try to select the recording I made this morning on 502, I get "Error.  Please try again later."  502 is still unavailable.  Anyone else have this problem.  if it's just me, any solutions?


[Edit] OK... Repowering the VMS1100 seems to have solved the problem, but the recording is gone.  That's actually somewhat more troubling than a channel outage.  It looks as if starting the recording froze the channel.  Ayone else have this problem?  (Mods: feel free to move this message to the technical section.)
