Problem with Remote DVR

Anyone else having trouble with remote dvr? I have the multimedia dvr, the remote dvr is on my help menu and when I select it, it tells me status is inactive. I log in to www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral with no problem. According to the FAQs on that site for the remote dvr, if it's on your menu then you're enabled for it and will be prompted to set it up once you log in to the site. I don't get prompted. Spoke to tech support (again) this morning and they guy had no idea. Put me on hold and came back telling me that this is being rolled out in pieces. But I notice on other boards that other users on LI where I am are now getting it set up.
