Program Guide and On Demand not working - help please!

Any help greatly appreciated!!


I can watchh TV but the program guide won't fill in and cannot access On Demand. When I reboot the Set Top Box it says "Data connectivity problem" during the boot-up sequence.


I've checked all the things I could find in troubleshooter/scouring forums:


* My router is on and Internet is working - speed test is good 46/14

* LAN Coax Cable light is green and solid

* Set Top Box (Motorola 7200 P2) has an IP address ( and is pingable from PCs on my network

* In my Router Admin, it says the STB is Active and remote access is Enabled


I've tried hard resetting the STB multiple times.


Anything I'm missing?
