about teo weeks ago now using the guide control I couldn't bring up any program data; it would show channels and say "please wait", now it says "no program data".. Really frustrating, I can tune all channels, but get no imformation that would normallly show on the screen. I recently linstalled another set-top box to replace one that seemed to be faulty; now it works but with the same lack of program data. I've recyc;ed tje STBs and the router with no change. I have to believe that some softwAare change was made by VErizon that affected my system and its ability to function in a normal manner. Please fix this. I'm convinced that nothing I can do on this end will make any difference whatsoever. I'm stymied. Was some upgrade made around Jnauary 18? Since then I haven't been able to get any program data at all. This makes my FIOS subscription not nearly as effective and convenient as it once was and it's supposef to be.
