Our programming guide is always wrong. This morning ABC is broadcasting a Spanish PBS station. This happens to any channel at least weekly. The programming guide is rarely accurate, so our recordings are of shows we don't watch. The playback from the DVRs freeze, and sometimes never play. We have our recordings show up as 4 to 5 one second recordings before the show just stops recording. We've tried having DVRs replaced to find out that the replacements are not functioning at all. You can't get anyone to come out without paying $100 ... if you can even talk to a person. FIOS is not worth the money we pay!
