Programming Sony BDP-N460 blu-ray player to work with the remote

I've tried programming the "DVD" button on the FiOS remote to work with the Sony BPD-N460 blu-ray player but I can't seem to get the remote to recognize it no matter what code I enter (I tried the Sony codes mentioned in the Fios remote manual - 0560, 1560, 0891, 1060, 1458). I also tried 1516 as mentioned in avsforum.com but that didn't work either. Has anyone managed to get this to work? If so, I'd appreciate if you let me know what code you used. I'm trying to avoid sitting there and pressing the buttons to go through all 200+ possible codes.

Here is a list of all of the codes that I know of for Sony DVD players, not just specifically for Blu-Ray:

0560, 0891, 1060, 1458, 1560, 3312, 3316, 3318, 3319, 3321, 3335, 3338, 3342, 3361, 3362, 3366, 3374, 3377, 3393, 3427, 3435, 3454, 3459, 3461, 3471, 3498, 3499, 3505, 3507, 3530

Has anyone discovered a code that works?  I tried all the codes Verizon lists (and Justin provided) as well as the 922 feature where you repeatedly press the fast forward button on the remote until the DVD player responds.  No luck.  Could it be that the remote simply doesn't support some devices?
