QIP 7232 Favorites 2 resetting by itself

About a few weeks ago I noticed my Favorites 2 is suddened filled with random channels.

Every time I try to set it to my channels, it would revert back to the list of random channels immediately as if it's not saving.

Anyone has this problem?

 

Favorites 1 is unaffected but I haven't tried to mess with it.

 

Another thing is that my remote's OK button has not been responsive (even with new batteries).  I have to press hard dead center for it to respond, otherwise it's 2-3 button pushes.    The remote has been a few years, I will see if I can get a new remote.

Update:  The favorites issue still exists.  

 

The non-responsive remote is fixed after I got a new remote.

Did you ever get an answer to "Favorites 2" getting reset?  I'm having the same problem.

Did you ever get favorites 2 fixed. Mine was fine for a while, but no longer. I can select them, but it always reverts back to "all channels."
