QIP 7XXX - can you run HD and RF coax outputs simultaneously?

Hello, I was wondering if you could run the component output from a QIP 7xxx box to 1 TV and the RF coax output to another TV and see the picture on both TVs?  I'm ok if they are on the same channel.

Assuming the answer is yes, the TV with the coax input: how do I change channels - is it via the TV remote, or does it need to be on channel 3 or 4 and be controlled via the QIP 7xxx remote?

Both Outputs of the QIP 7XXX box will be live.

They will both be controlled by the same remote control and output the same signal.

The TV with the coax wil need to be tuned to channel 3 or 4.
