Quantum, Stay away.

Stay away from Quantum upgrade. On Demand  very rarely can be accessed. All you get is a message saying that feature can't be accessed at this time. If you do get in you can't get progam information as when you go into the folders all you get is a "no program" message. Have spent long sessions with online support going through the same steps over and over and no fix insight. Now they want to charge me to come to house and trouble shoot even though I have had service since 2008 and pay over $200 per month. Option number one, dump Quantum and return to old set up. Option two, dump Fios completely and find something else (maybe Time Warner, I would at least be able to watch my Dodgers, and save $40)

You know trouble was coming when they dropped the ability to email customer service.

Pretty much nonsense.  Something is either wrong with your network connection or your box.

On-demand is not significantly different on Quantum then it was before.

If you switch to TW you'll be sorry.

The PQ is horrible, if that matters to you. Internet speeds are no where near Fios as well.

Hang in there for a little bit and see what VZ can do.
