Received the latest update to my Quantum box, which seemed to fix a lot of problems. However, now having problems with the search feature. While I can still search and get a list of results, I can't highlight a specific search result program and go to an information page which would give me a deatiled description, and the option to record the program. All I get is a page with an exit option, and a message that reads "please wait." Anyone else having similar problems? Hope a fix is coming soon.

Yes I have the same issue. It's a bug for sure.
I'm also seeing on the details page of one new show I looked up had a date of 12/15/2013.

They better fix this bug soon as it seriously annoying. I've been trying for several days to use the search feature to add a program, whiich is now impossible via the DVR since the update. I was willing to give this new DVR a chance, but with updates and support this this, I may reconsider a TIVO.

I have the same issue and spent 30 mins on the phone with CS and then was told it was a known issue and just search for the program in the guide which the CSR said is a pain which I said duh

Another forum posting shed a little more light on the issue:
At this point, I would be surprised if there was another full month before they released another update. I have a friend that works in FiOS tech support and they got emailed a list half an arm's length long of known issues and call volume has gone up significantly. No one there can even figure out WHY this current build was released as they already delayed it a week because of issues, but they went ahead and pushed it anyways.

Same problem here. The tech support guy had the same problem in his lab. He couldn't tell me when it would get fixed. My contract expires later this month, and my renewal hinges on this getting fixed.

Tech support told me it was a software bug and the fix was being implemneted in the next software update.
